What We Do

Wamble & Associates, PLLC is a consulting and design firm that provides professional services to land developers, real estate firms, contractors, landowners, attorneys, architects, private industry, and government agencies.


Since our inception in 1984, we’ve performed civil engineering, land survey, and/or land planning services on more than 2500 residential and commercial projects in the middle Tennessee area.

Civil Engineering

We have extensive experience in creative site design for a wide variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.  We provide a full range of services including the design of grading, drainage, utilities, roads, detention basins, erosion control, water quality treatment, and parking lots.  We also provide engineering studies, cost estimates, and constructability analysis on proposed projects.

Land Planning
Expert Witness 

Our combined knowledge of land planning and civil engineering delivers exceptional results due to our vast experience with all sizes of projects—from small site designs to large, multi-phased developments.  We assist our clients throughout the many stages of the process from planning, obtaining agency approvals, and securing permits in order to arrive at our client’s ultimate goal:  construction of the project.  Land planning services consist of:
